Hello. you are looking at a Vintage Country Gentleman Guitar. This Guitar Sounds great. I have never seen action as low as on this guitar. This guitar sounds excellent.
The papers in the picture are an appraisal that I had done at an official Gretsch service center. As you can see the guitar Appraises in a range up to 3200. The technician told me that because of the condition of the guitar It was worth the maximium on the appraisal list. As you can see I’m Starting the bidding at a considerably lower price or the bottom of the range. Cosmetics the color of the lines on the guitar have yellowed (character ). I was going to restore, paint , and do the works on this guitar. The technician informed me that if i Did any work on this guitar that it will decrease the value of the guitar. As you can see in the picture the only wear mark is the one on the front to the left . The mark is about about the size of a nickel. On the Back behind the neck where the three screws are. the screw on the left The small white plate has a small nick right at the screw. The hardware is original and appears somewhat faded. To me and many other Country Gentleman fans This thing is Just beautiful. The case: the case shows wear and looks as if its been on the road awhile. When I asked to buy another one. The technician again informed me that the material and the construction of this case as rough as it looked was still of a better quality than the newer cases. Its a little heavier than the newer ones also.
The serial # is 11.5058 and the model # is 7076 .The picture was the best I could get.
